Must-Knows for In-Person Visitors

Anyone entering the clinic is required to wear a mask to ensure the safety of our patients, providers, and staff. Masks will be provided for a small fee if patients/families are not wearing any upon arrival.

Only one parent/guardian may accompany the patient to their visit unless absolutely necessary (e.g. no other arrangements can be made for siblings).

Be conscious of other’s whereabouts. Social distancing – remaining 6 feet away from one another in common areas such as the waiting room is strongly encouraged.

Please read the below conditions BEFORE your child’s visit:

If you have: 

  • Fever within the past 24 hours
  • Coughing/Sneezing
  • Shortness of Breath
  • Chills
  • Repeated shaking with chills
  • Muscle Pain
  • Headache
  • Sore Throat
  • New loss of taste or smell

 

And/or the following within the past 14 days:

  • Exposure to someone with documented or suspected COVID-19
  • Recent travel to a high-risk area

 

If any of the above listed conditions apply to your child and/or whoever will be present during your child’s visit, do not come to the visit and please call our office so we can discuss how to best care for your needs.
