Must-Knows for In-Person Visitors & More Information

For those who are attending regular office visits, please be sure to wear a mask and bring as few people as possible to your child’s appointment to ensure everyone’s safety. Masks will be provided for free upon arrival for those who are not wearing one. Children who are 2 or younger are not required to wear a mask.

While we are doing our best to limit and control the number of patients in the office at a time, please be conscious of other’s whereabouts if other patients are in the office at the same time by remaining 6 feet away from one another in common areas such as the waiting room.

Please read the below conditions BEFORE your child’s visit:

If you have: 

  • Fever within the past 24 hours
  • Coughing/Sneezing
  • Shortness of Breath
  • Chills
  • Repeated shaking with chills
  • Muscle Pain
  • Headache
  • Sore Throat
  • New loss of taste or smell

And/or the following within the past 14 days:

  • Exposure to someone with documented or suspected COVID-19
  • Recent travel to a high-risk area

If any of the above listed conditions apply to your child and/or whoever will be present during your child’s visit, do not come to the visit and please call our office so we can discuss how to best care for your needs.
